What Mangrove Hotel needed

Hotel Restaurant Hospitality Menu Display

Mangrove Hotel is a hospitality business offering both accommodation and restaurant services. Like many hotels in this category, their online presence didn't match the quality of the experience they were offering in person.

Guests looking them up online couldn't find clear menu information, get a sense of the atmosphere, or easily reach the property to make a booking. The absence of a proper website meant potential guests were making decisions based on incomplete information — or not making a decision at all.

What was missing

No dedicated website

Without a website, Mangrove Hotel had no stable place to send potential guests. Social media profiles alone aren't enough for a hospitality business where trust matters.

Menu hard to find

Guests couldn't browse the menu before visiting. This creates friction — people want to know what's on offer before they decide to show up.

Contact process unclear

No clear path to reach the hotel — for reservations, bookings, or simple enquiries. Every unanswered question is a lost guest.

Poor mobile experience

Most people searching for hotels are on their phones. A poor or nonexistent mobile site means losing guests at the first impression.

What we built

We designed a clean, modern hospitality website for Mangrove Hotel using Framer — focused on communicating the property's personality while giving guests every piece of information they need to make a decision.

The design prioritized atmosphere: high-quality visuals, generous spacing, and a layout that lets the property speak for itself. Function followed closely behind — menu sections, location details, and direct contact options are all clearly accessible.

The site is fully responsive and loads quickly on mobile, which is where the majority of guests will encounter it.

Menu & dining presentation

Menu organized and presented in a way that's easy to browse — by category, without clutter, readable on any screen size.

Atmosphere through visuals

The layout and imagery choices give visitors a real sense of the property before they arrive — building confidence and anticipation.

Clear contact & booking path

Phone, WhatsApp, and location all visible without searching. Guests can reach the hotel in two taps from anywhere on the site.

Mobile-first responsive design

Designed to work well on smartphones from the start — not adapted from a desktop version as an afterthought.

What changed after launch

With the website live, Mangrove Hotel now has a permanent, professional online presence that guests can find and trust. Key improvements include:

  • Guests can browse the menu before visiting, reducing friction and unanswered enquiries
  • Contact and booking options are immediately accessible on every device
  • The property's atmosphere is communicated visually before a guest sets foot inside
  • A shareable URL that works across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
