Karo positions Kenyan coffee as it deserves to be shown at home: direct trade with smallholders, transparent origins, and a café experience that competes with the best specialty shops globally. The website had to feel as intentional as the coffee — moody photography, clear hierarchy, and content that educates without overwhelming.

We structured the experience around discovery: hero positioning, deep “our story” and origin content, a full menu with espresso, pairings, and drinks, an experience section for cupping and events, and a contact path for reservations and enquiries.

What the site needed to solve

Specialty coffee brands win on trust and taste — but online, that starts with clarity. Karo needed a digital presence that communicates premium positioning, explains why Kenyan arabica matters, and converts interest into visits and bookings.

What we delivered

We built a full marketing site with a cinematic hero, editorial sections for story and origins, structured menu content, experience and testimonials, and a dedicated contact block — all tuned to Karo’s voice: confident, Kenyan, and world-class.

Visual rhythm alternates dark panels with cream surfaces (as in the live design), strong serif headlines, and gold-accented labels so scanning feels effortless. Calls to action — explore the menu, reserve a table, send a message — sit where guests naturally decide what to do next.
